I very rarely leave town, so I also occupy the house as it is large and has two stories. It is completely furnished except for the bedroom that would be empty at the time of occupancy. It is a quiet tree lined street across from a grammar school in a quiet neighborhood. The house is run efficiently, orderly and I usually retire early, working full days in the entertainment business. Other access areas are full gourmet kitchen, share refrigerator/freezer, dining area, and washer/dryer. Living room and backyard with some storage area outside. Parking is safe on the street at all times day or night. I feel this living space would be ideal for the right single working/student person.
