For those LA and Orange Country Landlords and Property Managers who want a bit more structure to their rental listing than the Free Text form but don't want to go for the full standard listing form, we are now providing the Short Form as an effective middle of the road option.

As you know, all types of property rental and roommate listings are free at LArentals, so just choose the form you are most comfortable with.

There are some fields on the form that we will ask you to complete before adding your free listing. The number of bedrooms, housing type, title, and price are the minimum information we need to properly display your listing. We also ask that you help us out by filling in the zip code of the rental, even if you don't want to put the address down.

One of the features that renters love on LArentals.com is the automatic generation of events, restaurants, and attractions that is generated based on the zip code of your listing. We currently have more than 150 Info pages for Los Angeles events and points of interest that give renters more information about what is nearby your rental, and we're adding to the list every week.
